General Information:

DEPOSIT: To fix your booking, we ask for a deposit of € 300,00 per apartment. This amount must be received 14 days after the written booking confirmation. Our bank details are: IBAN AT07 3627 4000 0020 6052 - BIC RZTIAT 22274 or by credit card details (Visa or Mastercard)
OFFER: Offers made are based on the current reservation status and are not binding.
ARRIVAL: Check-in from 3.00 pm Check-out until 9.30 am
PAYMENT: Your bill can be paid by cash, Visa, Master or debit card. You are welcome to transfer your stay before arrival.
PRICES: The apartment rates are excluding meals and excluding the local tax, including the use of the spa area and use of an underground car park.
LOCAL TAX: The statutory duty of local tax from the age of 15 years is € 2,20 per person / night (not included in the apartment price) Subject to change!
PARKING POSSIBILITIES: 1 free underground parking space per apartment - additional car on request and for a fee of € 10,- per day
BASIC FURNITURE OF APARTMENTS: Bed linen, towels, sauna towels, toiletries, tea towels, fully equipped kitchen (with high quality appliances, microwave, oven, capsule coffee maker, WMF brand filter coffee machine, kettle) without food!
E-MOBILITY: E-Charging stations for electric cars for a fee of the common electricity tariffs
COMFORT: barrier-free in all areas as well as a passenger elevator
SERVICE: lobby with reception/information, general utility room (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, etc.)
SKIKELLER: equipped with lockable & heated spints
INTERNET: free Wi-Fi

ATTENTION: From winter 2024/2025 we charge € 10,- for the cot & € 45,- per additional adult or child per day
CULINARY: Breakfast and dinner are possible at Hotel Edenlehen on request and for a fee
WELLBEING: Access to wellness treatments in the Hotel Edenlehen possible on request for a fee
DOG, CAT & CO: Dogs are only allowed in the "Apartment Tirol" for a daily fee of 20 Euro (without food) plus final cleaning fee of 20 Euro
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Until 1 month (up to 30 days) before the start of the holiday no cancellation fees, up to 1 month until 3 weeks (30 to 21 days) before the start of the holiday we charge 40% of the total price of the arrangement, from 3 weeks up to 1 week (21 to 7 days) before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the total arrangement price and in the last week (6 days to 1 day) before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price. No-show without any cancellation in advance will be charged with 100 % of the total price. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. European travel insurance. Cancellation conditions: The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
